Having lived and worked in China, Hong Kong and Singapore for six years, I'm proficient in Mandarin Chinese and have a keen appreciation of cultural diversity.I hold a double Law/Arts degree from Melbourne University, with a major in Chinese language as well as being a qualified psychotherapist and an accredited Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching.Leading a team of five Associates, working with clients across ten countries, from New Zealand, to India, Singapore, New York and London, ChangeUp is my signature leadership program focused on providing executives with the tools to unlock their personal and professional potential.As one of the Australian Financial Review's and Westpac's 100 Women of Influence, I also work with philanthropists, individuals, organisations and families to bring a new spotlight to human rights issues.
