• Research: Conducted a mini research on the challenges faced by low-wage workers in Pittsburgh and the impact of their economic situation on the overall sustainability of businesses. • Community Engagement: Attended many professional events and learnign from many locals organization such as Partners4work, Everyday cafe and their local initiatives to promote economic well being of the locals in the community, visited University of Pittsburgh's Community Engagement Center in Homewood and learned best practices from Career center at Univeristy of Pittsburgh . This provided valuable insights into collaborative initiatives and cross-sector partnerships.• Event Participation: Actively participated in university events on sustainability, gaining insights into broader sustainability promotion in the university of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh City.• Pillars of ESG Event: Attended the Pillars of ESG event, connecting with local organizations and businesses committed to sustainable development in Pittsburgh. This provided valuable context for understanding the role of fair labor practices within the broader ESG framework.• Cultural Exchange: Lived with a host family, working with colleages of all backgrounds at Center for sustainable business at University of Pittsburgh and experiencing Pittsburgh's unique culture firsthand and gaining a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of life in Pitsburgh.

The Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI PFP) is a fully-funded exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. YSEALI PFP provides emerging leaders from Southeast Asia the opportunity to spend five to six weeks in the United States gaining professionally relevant fellowship experiences at non-profit, public, or private sector organizations. The program is designed to promote mutual understanding, enhance Fellows’ leadership and professional skills, and build lasting and sustainable partnerships between emerging leaders in Southeast Asia and the United States. YSEALI PFP is administered under four Institute themes: Civic Engagement; Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Empowerment; and Society and Governance; Sustainability and the Environment.

Curriculum Development • Works to standardize course structures to assure successful and appropriate content delivery. Responsibilities include revising, updating existing courses and working to create new courses for the region.Training Delivery • Prepares and coordinates training sessions of various subjects, particularly in the area of soft skills and interpersonal skills • Facilitate and co-facilitate sessions, segments and/or entire courses using various effective training methodsProgram management and coordination• Works closely with the ARTC Client Outreach team to find gaps and solicit feedback from participantsIdentify and create and manage the Subject Matter Experts programs in the region from start to finish

Programming (Project Implementation, Project monitoring, Project Management)• Work with the Education team to design, plan, and implement a sound project plan according to Peace Corps programming criteria and the Royal Thai Government priorities in English Education.• Develop and fostering positive, collaborative relationships with school administrations, teachers, PESAO, and other community organizations to ensure that host agencies understand the project’s purpose.• Conducting Site identification of potential Volunteer site placements for incoming groups. Work with project partners and potential Supervisors and Counterparts to develop the Volunteer’s worksite assignment and ensure that safe and secure housing is selected.• Support by coaching and mentoring volunteers to work effectively and successfully.Training (Trainer, Facilitator, Session Design, Curriculum Development, Monitoring, and Evaluation) • Structuring, designing, and planning a comprehensive technical training strategy for trainees and Volunteers for their complete cycle of service.• Lead, design, facilitate, and co-facilitate engaging lessons for American and Thai adults ranging from age 21 - 60+ with various backgrounds. Develop engaging and interactive presentations and training sessions using a variety of techniques and methods.• Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization, agency partners, and the individual.• Adapting global training material to the Thai context and develop a training curriculum and work closely with TEFL Specialist to provide technical support for volunteers.• Providing input for volunteer performance, submit weekly reports, and participate in all meetings.• Following up on and evaluating training results and developing new training accordingly.• Participate/lead the recruitment of new staff for the Pre-Service Training Period.

• Conduct language classes with a prescribed language/cultural/technical curriculum and effectively use a variety of language training techniques, methodologies, resources, and activities for adult learners.• Develops language and culture training design based on Peace Corps Thailand language and culture programs, best practices, and available materials.• Provides regular and consistent feedback to Trainees concerning language acquisition and performance.• Coach and support new staff and providing guidance and mentoring.• Support Education team for 3 years in this position by providing feedback and guidance for volunteer to teach English in a Thai classroom effectively.

• Coordinate with local schools, local partner agencies, and coordinate with American mentors to train American High school students through the service-learning program. • Provide project management up-date to the American mentors to ensure the timely, efficient, and effective delivery of a high-quality volunteer program– focused on achieving sustainable changes for students, with a particular focus on the underserved schools in Chiangmai.• Organize events, manage logistics and transportation for the group.• Provide secretarial support to the project and other team members and additional administrative support when required.• Manage the budget, handle petty cash, and purchase materials for the events and training and requested.

• Acts as project liaison to and cooperates with other ARR projects in southern provinces.• Communicates and coordinates, as well as assists ARR project director and the local community in developing the plan related to the community forest and mangrove community forest.• Conduct research and develop a research project on tourism and changes that affected the local community.• Conduct weekend English classes and teach students in the local community on weekends.• Participate in community events and community projects as needed.

• Translate the documents, such as contracts, letters, documents to obtain a visa, and other tasks. from English to Thai and Thai to English• Assure the accuracy of English and Thai languages used in translated documents.• Teach the assigned group of students from 6-20 years old. Ensure that student satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks.• Prepare and manage course materials to enhance the students’ learning development.

• Supervises small groups in class activities and learning centers, assists team teacher in supervising students in and outside of the classroom.• Assists team teacher in implementing the School’s philosophy of child development to promote the physical, social, cognitive, emotional and spiritual growth of the children.• In the absence of the head teacher, supervise the program as planned as needed.• Report to the head teacher, observations of children’s behavior to aid the head teacher in assessing development.• Teaches Thai language to Non-Thai students using active learning approach.
