I was the EA to the National Director of Special Education. My job was varied and I dealt with everything from calendar and inbox management and overseeing the Special Education Leadership Team reporting through to liaising with different teams in the Ministry and creating networks both within the Ministry and external parties. I have also completed a part time secondment to an Advisor role, and a secondment to Shared Services Support Manager role.

Optimal Workshop is the sister company to my other role (Optimal Usability) and I have took on the role of Financial Controller, until they decided to hire someone specifically for Optimal Workshop.

I learnt all about Human Resources and was involved in all the day to day work involved in a large organisation's HR department.
