Other responsibilities include managing FileNet system installations, scanning installations and workstation deployments.Recent projects included integration of the Citicorp Travelers FileNet systems into MetLife FileNet systems. The project was successful with integration being implemented in a relatively short time frame of nine months with the highest level of quality. Infrastructure support of MetLife P8 web based BOSS (Business Office Service Solution) application as well as WIN (Workflow Imaging Now) client server applications.Worked extensively with FileNet Professional Services to achieve project goals.Received Cheers for Peers award for MetLife Image Migration project.
