I am the co-founder and director of MSG Broadcast Ltd, providing virtual and hybrid solutions for the events industry, with specialised production and our in-house event platform.I am a Midlands based Audio Engineer with over 15 years experience in the live, studio and broadcast sound industries. I also work at various other studios on a freelance basis. • I have a variety of high quality industry standard equipment for location recording for documentary / drama productions, and can bag or cart depending on size of production required. I can also integrate on larger performances with either passive splits or Dante DVS.• Proficient in Riedel and RTS systems.• Proficient with Cubase/Nuendo, Reaper, Logic, Pro tools.• Can track, mix and sound design ambisonic content for 3D audio applications – VR, gaming etc.• Can track and mix ADR for sound sync to film.• Proficient on live, studio and broadcast mix consoles (Yamaha, SSL, API, Neve, Cadac, Calrec, Amek, Audient), and DANTE / AES67 / MADI formats of audio transmission networking.• I have dealt with live acts ranging from solo singers with IEM monitor mixes, to 30 piece Gospel Choir with full backing band / string section - 14 monitor mixes. I have operated FOH and Monitor positions for a variety of festivals. I am a musician myself so tend to work very well with other musicians, as I understand their point of view and needs as performers. I have worked with many A list bands and artists.

I ran the course for three years and it was very successful in terms of attendance and popularity with pupils. Every week I devised an action plan of aims for that week so that our teaching remained focused. The end results of the course were shown in a concert that I helped the children organise themselves. After I left, the school decided that it was such a beneficial course that they carried it on with a new wave of mentors.
