Ensured up to date PDK were used and clean DRC and LVS runs were completed before tape out for motion MEMS sensors.• Managed post tape out process including initial chip bring up, validation, characterization, and qualification. Cross functional teams focused on hitting schedule, performance specifications, quality and customer samples.• Managed root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issue related to manufacturing, customer field failure returns and automotive product qualifications, resulting in improvements to DFMEA, wafer fab process improvements, packaging optimization and test improvements.• Managed resource loading across BU product portfolio based on product priorities for Product Development and Technology Development.
