Managing and coaching HR Administration and, since January 1, 2023, HR Payroll in Switzerland.HR Transformation Project: Played a pivotal role in a comprehensive HR transformation initiative that successfully outsourced HR administration and parts of HR payroll from local offices in Zurich and Lausanne to a Service Center in Belgrade.Preparation Phase:Process Streamlining: Simplifying, standardizing, and automating HR processes to the maximum extent possible to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.IT System Implementation: Introducing new IT systems and expanded or adapted the functionalities of existing ones to enable location-independent HR operations.Implementation Phase:Team Establishment: Recruiting and assembling a 12-member team in Belgrade, including an experienced on-site team leader.Comprehensive Training: Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to the Belgrade team and developing the team's HR expertise, providing in-depth training on Swiss labor law, social security, and company specific regulations (the team had no prior experience in HR).Transition: Managed the gradual transition of responsibilities from the Zurich team to the Belgrade team, ensuring a smooth and seamless handover.

Leading and coaching 7 employees at the locations Glattbrugg and Châtel-Saint-Denis: HR Consultants (2), Payroll Specialist (1), Specialist HR Analytics (1) and HR Assistants (3).Advising and supporting the Executive Board and senior management in all aspects of HR.Leading the project implementation of an new HR system, containing the modules: payroll, time- and absence management, recruiting, personal file and personnel cost planning.Responsibility for reviewing, updating, and reconceptualizing company and compensation regulations.Cooperating in local as well as in international projects.

Managing HR process for sales and central administration departments (talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance development, compensation and off-boarding).
