My current role involves leading the design and content for the Reporting for Better Cancer Outcomes (RBCO) program. In collaboration with multiple teams, I am responsible for the development, management and production of the suite of RBCO products for each Local Health District, Public Health Network and participating co-located and stand-alone private hospitals, as well as Aboriginal, ACT and NSW state-wide reporting. I present creative strategies to inspire confidence and assign projects/tasks to team members where needed. I also provide subject matter expertise to influence and engage key stakeholders, to drive system and local level improvements in cancer control, maximising the benefits for the health system.
