Most current Experience at UNC:2015-2016 – Legacy Decommission Project Manager I have executed and managed the Decommission of EA Legacy systems at UNC Chapel Hill to include the mainframe and associated applications systems. As Human Resources and Finance had not been implemented for a year at the time that we started the project, this effort also included meeting with customers to insure that all of their historical data needs and retention requirements were met. 2014 – present – University of North Carolina at Chapel HillProject Manager for Cutover Planning and Implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, HCM and Campus SolutionsIn conjunction in project PM’s developed a step by step implementation plan for PeopleSoft at UNC- CH. This involved documenting, and in the case of security and Campus Solutions, developing the tasks to be completed for the cutover. Extensive integration and coordination were involved in the development of the plan. Acted as one of 4 managers of the actual cutover process, manning the command center 24x7. 2009 – 2014 University of North Carolina at Chapel HillProject Manager – ITS-PMO and Connect CarolinaProject Manager delivering solutions and enhancement to the Campus Solutions module of PeopleSoft. This includes integration of the Campus Solutions module with Finance and HCM modules.Participate in the presentation and prioritization of customer enhancement requests.PM for the implementation of Student Financials.As part of the ITS PMO, created a project management framework, templates, processes and status reporting.
