My experience spans diverse industries including financial services, retail, travel, quick serve restaurants, as well as specialized markets such as affluent/high-net-worth individuals and small businesses. I am well-versed in various project types including brand health, segmentation, product development, concept testing, and customer experience, satisfaction, loyalty. I started my career at Phoenix Marketing International in 2003 as a Research Manager and advanced steadily within the company. As a Senior Director from 2012-2016, I was responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budget management, workload delegation, and final reporting. I contributed to the development of new business proposals, offering expertise in scope development, research design and methodology, and costs and timing estimates. In this role, I served as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and consistently delivering successful project outcomes.
