Result of working in the role: organic food in the public sector increased almost 100% from 2012 until 2021. Major national projects:•Ekomatsligan: Statistics and benchmarking in the public sector, 2012 - 2023, a statistical collection of organic food purchases in public activities, where all municipalities and county councils are ranked. • Organic Chef of the Year, 2018 - 2023, an annual chef competition in collaboration with the Association of Organic Chefs and KRAV• Boosta Eko, 2018 - 2020 a collaboration with organic chef Ulrika Brydling and Wayne's Coffe with the aim of increasing the proportion of organic in the café chain.• Sustainability in restaurant schools, 2018 - 2021, a collaboration with Ulrika Brydling with the aim of increasing knowledge about sustainable food at restaurant high schools in Sweden.• Climate-friendly eating habits, 2013 - 2017, a concept to increase consumption of climate-friendly food through increased knowledge about eating habits in preschool and elementary school.
