Setup loan files to be processed for 9 loan officers to include reviewing all loan disclosures for signatures and full completion of a loan application.  Verify the social security information provided for the borrower and request and upload tax transcripts.  Pull FHA case #’s when necessary and obtain a flood certificate for each subject property.  Collect and process upfront fees for appraisals and keep a monthly record of files submitted for processing.  Maintain daily office duties including coordination of supplies, fed ex, vendor schedules, repairs, and assist with new hire setup
