My experience within the working field is one where I want to progress, which is shown through my experience within morrisons, starting as a customer assistant on checkouts leading to a team leader role on click and collect. I have passion and the drive to motivate me in working to the highest standards at a job. With the time working on customer service as well as my time as a team leader I have improved my skills of problem solving. My leadership skills have also improved since working in the Team Leader position, giving me more confidence in liaising between my team and managers, to create a enjoyable and hard working environment. This also includes interpreting briefs that are sent down from head office so that all members of my team understand and have all of the information they need. I believe that a leader, leads by example, so when comes to hard work and working as a team, its a joint effort, with everyone involved.

This gives me the experience of leadership and making sure that not only are the pickers and members of my team are working with acceptable standards, they are also comfortable and enjoy their role within the store which is beneficial for tea, work. -
