Overall Network & Technology Programme Management of the following portfolios and additional contribution : 1) Program Manage Transformation of Customer Management, Service Management, Service Assurance from concept to business outcomes. Notable achievements - Mean Time To Restore of 2 hours to achieve global best, predictive assurance, expedited delivery & self-serve customer management. 2) Program Manage - Go to Market Product & Services Rollout Portfolio (Postpaid, Prepaid, Emerging, International, Enterprise) to ensure successful deliveries of organisational goals with the support of technical resources, network programs and product launches3) Program plan and manage the success of Maxis Events Nationwide (Corporate Events, Product Launches, Sales Roadshows, Public Events) with the support of Radio Engineering, Metro E, GPON, Wifi, Vsat Solutions such as F1, World Gas Conference, Flagship launches etc.4) Business Process Management & Quality Assurance Generate new, revise processes or improvements under Business Initatives & Strategy Portfolio such as Go to Market Product Rollout , Special Events Rollout, Enterprise Rollout in compliance to ISO standards to further catapult greater efficiency of the business.5) People Champion/Maxis TalentFacilitate in People & Organisation initiatives on fostering and living the Company Brand in the staff by providing workshop sessions and providing role modelship, Collaborate with Ministry on Malaysian Talent development for Telecommunications Industry, 6) Strategy Development Service Management Framework, Managed Services Framework, Cross Functional Programs Framework, Building Talent Framework, Awards & Recognition Framework,
