My passion is in Nursing and the promotion of evidence based practice, both clinically and in patient education. I love the challenge of learning something new everyday and finding the most effective way to improve the Healthcare environment. Working as a leader, preceptor and Registered Nurse for nearly 16 years gives me the privilege to have an impact on the quality of life and health outcomes on a busy MedSurg floor. My goal is to continue to learn, teach and continue giving excellent patient care!
