I won't bore you with the typical buzz words that describe who I am. What I can excite you with is that I have over 25 years of total experience in a variety of different environments, starting with my first job at 16 with a gourmet popcorn store in a mall to my most recent of effectively managing a well-respected and very busy orthodontic practice. I dive in deep. I'm driven when given a task. I find tasks for myself if not given one and like to complete them as quickly as possible. I yearn to learn and grow and be an effective member of a team. I like results and like being surrounded by those who want more and are willing to put in the hard work to achieve the goals that are set forth in front of them. No excuses. I think ahead and like to plan for the future. If something is broke, fix it and fix it effectively, efficiently and with fervor. If it is not broke, there can always be a shinier, new way of doing it. Always improve. Always take chances.That is who I am.
