Serving as the point person to direct the CEO thru a rigorous event day schedule full of meetings, one-on-one’s with top agents and offsite private recruiting meetings with the utmost confidentiality.

I was the first employee hired to start Compass Orlando. I helped acquire our 2 office locations (Dr. Phillips and Winter Park) including full renovation and build out.

・Orchestrated the 2017 Firm re-brand and launch after 40 years including: name change, new logo, new website, new social media profiles. Created press releases in various publications and coordinated a Firm-wide launch party with vendors and sponsors.・Managed and maintained Firm website and all social media accounts (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Curated content in collaboration with the Managing Partners on a consistent basis and increased the Firm’s online presence on all platforms.・Instituted an email marketing campaign and developed monthly client e-newsletters via Campaign Monitor to over 30,000 recipients.・Procured all promotional items, business cards, Firm polos, client gifts, Firm brochures, holiday cards and other marketing materials for the entire Firm and satellite offices in Tampa, Tallahassee & Melbourne.・Developed and negotiated all advertisements for print, digital and radio. Created artwork for all print & digital advertisements in Adobe Photoshop + InDesign to size and print specifications.・Oversaw the marketing budget and forecasted all marketing expenditures Firm-wide.・Presented monthly marketing meetings to report marketing scope analytics and opportunities that will crucially support the marketing strategy. ・Facilitated employee relations, benefits, leave of absence, 401k, new hire onboarding, recruitment and retention.・Event coordinator for all Firm events, annual holiday party, monthly employee birthday/anniversary celebrations, blood drives, onsite lunch and learns, charity jeans day fundraisers and client events.・Processed bar membership renewals, business tax receipts, court admissions, notary, court access ID cards for over 50 attorneys. Maintained Firm library and continuing legal education (CLE) seminar materials. Knowledgeable in professional attorney city/county occupational licenses, memberships and CLE requirements per the Florida Bar.
