• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s financial function and performance of 5 S corporations and 9 LLC • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning. Provide strategic financial input for leadership decision- making issues affecting the entire organization.• Develop credibility for the Creditors/Bankers/Bonding/ Prequals by providing timely and accurate financial reports, financial evaluation and financial trends of the 4 corporations.• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the Company and its affiliates overall operation effectiveness and its internal control.• Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.• Continual improvement of the budgeting process and financial assessment through Job review meetings with divisional managers and project managers on financial issues impacting their budgets and job performances.• Optimize the handling of bank relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance financial support and company cash position.• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.• Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts/ loans, financing program, 401K program, Computer operating system program … into which the Company has entered or may enter.• Evaluation of the finance department structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals
