I am a semi-retired professional with over 25 years of extensive training experience in grooming and deportment, social etiquette, customer service and interpersonal skills. My professional journey across various international companies has cultivated my proficiency in administrative and managerial functions, customer service roles and training. Notably, I have served as airline crew and trainer with esteemed organizations such as Malaysian Airlines and Cathay Pacific, working internationally in Hong Kong for many years. This global exposure has not only enriched my professional skills but also allowed me to travel extensively, engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, and fostering a deep appreciation for global cultures.
