• Creating and updating 3D BIM model design to construct As-Built models and drawings as per site condition.• Presenting the produced BIM models to clients based on latest information.• Creating and preparing the sheeting in 2D from BIM models.• To assist project site in Shop drawings submission issue.• Generate complete 2D Combined Services Drawing (CSD) for As- Built.• To assist project site BIM Model coordination issue.• Attending BIM coordination meeting as directed.• Assisting Assistant Manager to capture the BIM requirement for tender submission.• Preparation of related structural Method Statements (MOS) for tender submission.

- Involvement in tendering preparation and documentation.- Prepare the pre-qualification for Tendering process- Prepare the cut section using Autocad and Revit. - Generate BIM models that emphasized Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical by using Revit and NavisWorks.- Prepare CAD drawings to produce the as-built drawing.- Produce the combined services drawing (CSD) for submission.
