Being part of the property management team we take care of 27 multi-let commercial properties in the West End, Knightsbridge, Marylebone and Mayfair. Our team cover all Hard and Soft services across the portfolio and also set and manage service charges (circa £9 million total per annum) for all buildings. I also manage all the accounts for all the buildings in the west end portfolio, making sure all contractors are being paid efficiently and we are keeping to the service charge budget. I attend monthly meetings with all contractors ensuring all works are carried out and there are no outstanding payments.
