Current- Supporting administrators, teachers, students, and families across the globe as they navigate online learning and technology in the classroom- Providing technical support and troubleshooting with users, via both ZenDesk and over the phone- Assisting administrators of districts with thousands of enrollments to roster their classes via CSV, ClassLink, and Clever- Engaging in weekly quality assurance testing session to confirm that all incoming updates of the product are working smoothly for our users
