At 11:11 Supply, I managed the store while also serving as a productivity coach, helping customers streamline their personal and professional lives through analog tools like planners, goal trackers, and specialized notebooks. I took the time to understand every product in the store, ensuring that I could guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs, whether they were managing a project or organizing their daily tasks.In addition to store management, I coordinated workshops on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), led by Paloma Medina. This involves researching and connecting with talented artists, coordinating installation and takedown of their pieces, and ensuring the space is well-maintained. I also create and manage a social media presence to promote our First Thursday events, driving engagement and awareness. In addition, I track inventory, handle sales, and work closely with buyers to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both artists and customers.
