I’m a Human-Computer Interaction graduate from Iowa State University, with a Bachelor’s in English and an Information minor from Chulalongkorn University.With over eight years of research experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with expertise in qualitative analysis and data analytics using SQL. As a UX Researcher currently at UW Credit Union, I focus on enhancing the digital experience for our members by analyzing their feedback and transforming it into actionable insights, often leading to user interviews, usability testing or contextual inquiries that guide next steps.Having worked in multicultural environments such as across APAC, North America, Thailand, and the U.S., and being a two-time cultural exchange student, I deeply value the role of empathy and cultural sensitivity in fostering collaboration and innovation.I’m passionate about Consumer Insights, Human-Centered Design, User Experience, Digital Accessibility, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and I’m excited to continue applying these passions to create meaningful, human-centered solutions.
