Created long-term onboarding platform strategy & roadmap, got leadership buy-in, and put internal partnerships in place.• Led Paper’s growth strategy that pushed for Paper & Dropbox integration in meeting notes use case to improve user acquisition. Improved UX, feature adoption, and user retention by shipping experiment-validated features to enterprise and consumers (admin features, edit/share/export, product education, etc). Drove team of 90 to adopt metric review process to maintain product quality.• Matched teams for, onboarded, and mentored 7 new grads in New Grad PM Program. Evaluated their interest, business/team needs, and mentor/manager fit. Designed and led a 2-week, reusable product onboarding involving 60+ partners across orgs (10 talks, 3 product sprints, and 16 leadership sessions).
