During 2018 I’ve worked with three Teams and since May I’m in two teams.I’ve been collaborating with the other Scrum Master since May 2018, when she took the role.We conducted jointly the reassessment of Scrum in our new Teams, collecting point of views and hints from Team Members and we proposed a path to a better implementation.At present, we’re addressing the last internal Teams reorg, trying to maintain it in an “agile” route. Teams are transforming themselves into Tribe/Squads with a heavy presence of Line Managers and Project Managers.We are also currently focused on collaboration with POs on Backlog management and with DevTeams on Backlog Items’ definition.We hold recurring events about Agile/Scrum for the whole organisation using several media: the last were a table game about Scrum roles and activities and a live building of an Agile-Scrum map. I personally made a presentation about Scrum in the form of an illustrated tale and I printed the little book.

I am Scrum Master for one of the Teams developing Subito.it service (app iOS).I helped another Team (app android) that adopted kanban having abandoned Scrum In 2017 I ‘ve been Scrum Master for one of the Feature Teams and I helped other Teams to auto-organize their job and to hold some retrospectives.I‘ve been Scrum Master in a Team (app iOS) until June 2016.I’ve arranged and hold retrospectives and workshop for product or process co-definition with stakeholders. This was a good experience about the application of collaboration models based on practical activities and visualization tools.I promoted an Agile Community of Interest where people can freely discuss and practice about Agile and Scrum topics. I collaborated with other Coaches in the organization of joint meetings and coordination activitiesI promoted and raised awareness on customer care in the Teams, helping them to build more collaborative flows.In 2015 I worked with a group of people (not a Team, being people from different organizations not committed 100% on the project) to improve the release process in order to go towards continuous delivery. This activity was more a “Product Owner” one than a coaching one. We defined together a Backlog, and developed incrementally the automation of the deployment phases which were managed manually until then.
