I am a very well organized person, who takes part in the project from the very beginning, managing the contracts negotiations, the financial aspects, the contractual requirements, the specifications and drawingsI run the Site Team for applying the quality standards, evaluating and monitoring the contractors’ progress, as well as consulting and troubleshooting issue.I manage the Owner supplies purchasing process, the billings and linked projects cash flow.I manage and monitor the architectural drawings submission to the Builder, taking care of the overall value engineering.I analyse deviations from the Project Master Schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and proposing corrective actionsI gather and analyse all the documents needed for the Vessels close-out and Protocol of DeliveryDAILY DUTIES / MAIN ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN PAST POSITIONS• Relationship with main suppliers of machinery, materials and plants in order to define delivery time• Relationship with Class Register Corporate representatives• Planning and scheduling, in terms of technical costs and time, of main activities related to ship construction• Technical and financial reports of productive progress, to highlight possibility of delay and proposing and implementing corrective actions in order to recover the delays that have an impact on the general schedule of the ship. Costs and Risk analysis.• Management of supervisors (blue and white collars) and related allocation of the assigned budget • Coordinate on board activities related to commissioning and start-up of main plants; technical relationship with service engineers of subcontractors company.• Execution of HAT ( harbour acceptance test) and SAT ( sea trials acceptance test) together with Clients and Classification Register representative/surveyors

Construction on deliveries of different and complex vessels: ROSSITA: an SNF and RW carrier for Russian Government / ATOMFLOT.A "spent nuclear fuel and radio-waste carrier"; one of the most complex vessel ever built by an italian shipyard. Vessel was featured by several special systems: separate air ducts (dirty and clean) to prevent nuclear pollution, cargo holds with a special cooling system remote controlled, special exaust pipes, body scanners, hand/foot monitors and special washing system. Vessel has been delivered successfully to the Owner and any tests has been carried out to achieve the best result.ABU DHABI CLASS CORVETTE (1) and PATROL vessels (2): no.3 Stealth vessels for UAE NAVYThe most advanced combact vessels with stealth features and CMS (combact management system) fully integrated. We achieved the best result in delivering fast vessels, easy manouvreable and fully integrated systems. Certainly a step ahead of other similar vessels
