I have extensive experience as a leader, manager, and trainer. Leveraging over 16 years of experience working as technical professional within the Web Hosting, WordPress, and Server Administration sector. I've used that experience to create, manage, and train many teams and lead them to providing market leading customer service with regular CSAT scores over 95%. Employee retention rates of over 90% after 1 year. I've developed teams from scratch with the creation of support documentation, policies, and procedures for support operations. Through training and coaching I've assisted the teams I've lead to improve many metrics including time to resolution and first contact resolutions.In addition to my technical experiences, I also serve as the Fire Chief at Jackson Township Fire Department, where I have been working for 5+ years. I am responsible for leading the day to day operations and overall direction of the Fire Department through the management of personnel, budgets, and equipment. During which times I've spear-headed the implementation of electronic records and departmental management systems, developed and implemented a comprehensive set of policies and procedures, expanded the Emergency Medical Services operations of the department from only a couple of personnel to a fully functioning team with emergency transport capabilities. Development of budgets and funds sourcing including the successful writing and implementation of over $500,000 in Governmental grants.
