Coordinate the export/import and domestic movement of cargo for customer, including the management and distribution of related documents and information. Prepare and distribute arrival notices in time fashion to our customers.Track and trace shipments keeping customer informed. Maintain documentation and records. Facilitate all aspects of importation of cargo as necessary i.e. arrange door delivery.Arrange customs clearance through our network of brokers. Provide customer support and communicate agents and government agencies. Facilitate the logistics process while ensuring accurate accounting functions relating to the billing distribution and collection of funds. Handle general office administrationMaintain and develop positive business relations with customer‘s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity. Redesign the movement of goods to maximize value and minimize the cost. Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements to take advantage of sales opportunities or in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business.

Provide customer supports and communicate with agents and government agencies, facilitate the logistics process while ensuring accurate accounting functions relation to the bill distribution and collection of funds.Handle general office administration. Arrange delivery or storage of goods at destination. Arrange for applicable duties, taxes, or paperwork for customs clearance. Determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another. Make arrangements with customs broker to facilitate the passage of goods through customs. Prepare shipping documentation such as including bill of lading, packing list, dock receipt, or certificate of origin. Inform clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfer or regulations affecting shipments.Negotiate shipping rates with freight carriers. Prepare of invoices or cost quotation for customer.

Examine passenger documentation determine destinations and to assign boarding passes. Provide boarding or disembarking assistance to passenger needing special assistance. Check baggage and direct passengers to designated locations for loading. Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer and assigning requested space when available. Announce arrival and departure information using public address systems. Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connection, and medical and visa requirement. Provide clients with assistance in preparing required travel documents and forms. Open and close information facilities and keep them cleaning during operation
