Key Responsibilities:- Drive and Lead sales team to ensure sales and manage sales performance by store to reach the target- Track shipment schedules with suppliers- Follow up periodically on the sales figures and stock at hand and - Coordinator and review with logistics department with regards to order, forthcoming discontinuations or corrective actions- Coordinate all sales forecasts with forecast merchandisers - Ensure continuous update of system data entry for orders- Keep informed about on-going supplier shipment details- Monitor weekly status of all maintained system back-orders- Compile monthly sales report to the regional manager- Record, monitor and analyse market trends, competitors’ activities

- Implement Brand guidelines taking in consideration each market specifications- Manage the sell-out team to ensure sales and manage sales performance in a store to reach the target- Agree on a seasonal calendar of sales and recommend shipment schedules with the supplier- Follow up periodic on the sales figures per line and stock at hand- Reconcile Wholesales figures with sell-in figures and distributors closing stock against forthcoming sales projections- Manage potential shortages, review orders and inform supplier and clients (Dubai Duty Free)on the status- Coordinate and review with logistics department with records to order, forthcoming discontinuations or any corrective actions- Ensure continuous update of system data entry for orders- Keep informed about on going distributor (Supplier) shipment details- Monitor weekly statues of all maintained system Back-orders- compile monthly sales report to the regional brand manager (Supplier)- Record, Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors activities- Provide the latest price structure feedbacks to supplier- Motivate the team to work passively to reach the monthly target; Building up the relation with business partners- Monitoring visuals, perfect merchandizing ensure retail excellence- Unit condition top of class customer service, offer applications, clean & neat shelves; skincare expert , - Represent the brand, spread the message- Managing the team and helping everybody to perform at best and make sure everyone is aware of the targets, challenges, incentives- Mentoring newcomers in the team
