- Founded the organization for the purpose of distribution and manufacturing of pharmaceutical goods. Objective is to reach all hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and doctors throughout the country. Firstly to master two major cities in first year and followed by setting up in 12 additional towns.

- Setup a pearl farm in the Mergui Archipelago, Thanintharyi for production of south sea pearls.- Built team of Myanmar and Japanese experts to lead the rehabilitation of the farm through the use of innovative and more environmentally and socially sustainable methods;- Secured and structured investments of additional funds in equity from domestic and international businessmen to finance rehabilitation and significant increase in facility size;

- Led a joint effort to form a timber processing (veneer) plant for export of the finishes goods.

- Founded organization in 2009 to facilitate OEM representations with prospective US firms that require stringent corporate governance standards and strict compliance with all international anti-corruption laws;- Facilitated aggressive third-party due-diligence review of ITS, as well as the company’s owners, directors and associates by TRACE International to demonstrate compliance with international best practices; - Achieved TRACE Certification in Oct. 2013; renewed TRACE Certification in Oct. 2014 and 2015;- Secured over 2500 Acres of land for hardwood plantation with annual plan to plant 500 Acres with the intent to enter renewal energy sector by using wood chips or pallets.

- Purchased majority stake in existing forestry and plantation business with existing interests in teak and agarwood as well as and significant existing plans for expansion into other cash crops using proven smallholder-focused sustainable production techniques that place an emphasis on integrating smallholder into business model to promote sustained improvements in local livelihoods.- Planned and financed expansion of existing agarwood plantations from 20 acres to 480 acres; - Managed the preparation of tenders for the Oct/Nov 2014 Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry (MoECAF) bid to acquire multiple plots for the plantation of various high-value hardwood species;- Secured over 2500 Acres of land for hardwood plantation with annual plan to plant 500Acres.

- Founded and secured operating capital to finance the establishment of what is now one of Myanmar’s leading onshore seismic subcontractor and one of the country’s oil and gas catering companies;- For the first two years of the organization’s existence, oversaw all managerial and logistical aspects of the operation both in the office and in the field, including the procurement and deployment of man-power, camp supplies, drilling equipment, explosives etc. to extreme remote locations in Myanmar; - Led negotiations with key local stakeholders in environments that included areas controlled by ethnic groups to ensure the safety of project staff, costly technological equipment and highly sensitive materials such as explosives;- Since 2008, Cerise Star has participated in many major onshore seismic campaign in Myanmar with experience spanning every major geological environmental, including extreme remote locations in Kachin State, Rakhine State, Sagaing Division, Magway Division and Mandalay Division;- Cerise Start has since its establishment drilled over 50,000 shot holes for seismic companies without any major incident, and has experience procuring and managing multiple field teams comprised of as many as 1,000 semi-skilled and low-skilled workers;- Provided high-quality catering services for oil and gas companies for exploration and production activities in extreme remote environments in northwestern Kachin State, Rakhine State, Magwe Division.

- Purchased a majority stake in an existing mining company and took over the management of a Tin mining operation in the south of Myanmar (Dawei Township, Tanintharyi Division);- Managed all aspects of the operation, including logistics and financing, until the operation became commercially unfeasible due to unanticipated shifts in government policies and contractual terms;- Employed and managed over a 100 workers from highly skilled mining and reserve engineers to low-skilled labor;- Leading ongoing negotiations with several international mining conglomerates and prospective investors to acquire exploration rights in Myanmar pending the finalization and promulgation of the new mining law.

- Led company efforts to negotiate and sign a Joint Operation Agreement (JOA) with Ministry of Energy (MoE) and the Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) for an enhanced well-recovery program in the Letpando oil field, (Pauk District, Magwe Division);- Secured and structured USD 15-million in investment from multiple private equity funds for the initial five (5) well re-entry program; Managed team that oversaw the construction of access roads, work camps, power lines, well sites and other related infrastructure for well-refurbishment and drilling operations;- Oversaw procurement, importation and mobilization of a 2000 HP onshore drilling rig and associated equipment/accessories to extreme remote location on Kaladan River near Sittwe in Rakhine State;- Managed scheduled procurement, importation and mobilization of supplies and consumables for drilling operations;- Managed team that oversaw the construction of access roads, work camps, power lines, well sites and other related infrastructure for drilling operations and demobilization of the same;- Managed team responsible for the design, construction and financing of LPG distribution facilities for two of the five license holders in Myanmar. Project management responsibilities included: leading negotiations with project sponsors and multiple engineering teams to minimize costs and maximize investors returns; managed project design and equipment procurement processes; importation and customs clearance of key material components from the Europe, Thailand, China and India; oversaw commissioning of facility as well as all training programs for development of human resources for over 80 staff members;- Led establishment of GIS’s non-profit arm, the Spring Foundation, to support ongoing corporate social responsibility initiatives in existing and future project areas.

- Minority partner in a franchise tour operator and co-led organizational restructuring on behalf of international partner to increase organization’s penetration into key local tourism market (i.e. Bagan, Mandalay Division and Inle Lake, Shan State);- Successfully co-led organization’s efforts to establish presence/office in all Myanmar’s major tourist destinations;- Oversaw successful introduction of new management team and company’s capacity development efforts targeting both foreign expatriate and local Myanmar staff to re-brand organization to cater to high-value foreign tourists;- Today, Asian Trails Tours Ltd. services approximately serve 6,000-8,000 annually with arrivals expected to increase significantly in the following years.

- Developed a nationwide strategy for the development, marketing and deployment of products and services for Myanmar’s first mobile satellite telephone company in collaboration with Ministry of Post and Telecommunication (MPT).

- Worked with engineers and international project managers to lead pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, scouting trips and alignment studies from Kanchana Buri(Thailand) to Kalagauk Island (Mon State) to act as an alternate East-West Economic Corridor;- Led project teams multilateral efforts and negotiations to secure informal permission for road and rail construction from local ethnic elements and informal powerbrokers as well as local, State and Union authorities.
