Executing all the terminal day-to-day maintenance requirements and operational tasks. These include preventative maintenance, minor maintenance, troubleshooting, completing checklists, spare part control to ensure all plant & equipment is always operational.- Execute the terminal preventative maintenance per Puma Energy standards, to keep facility/equipment in satisfactory condition through inspection and correction of early-stage deficiencies on the principle factors of process reliability, economics, and standards compliance.- Conduct corrective maintenance such as basic repairs & maintenance to keep plant & equipment safe & operational. Conduct troubleshooting and repair, and/or recommend/action corrective measures.- Material Control of spare parts, record of usage and storage.- Perform equipment records: maintenance work performed, maintenance cost, inventory and files. - Perform tasks such as facility/equipment inspections, testing, calibration, trouble shooting, and record.- Execute and promote a safe work environment. Participate in all the trainings arranged by department and HSEC. Report all the incidents, near miss and accidents. Always avoid leaks/spills in the terminal. Always maintain the work area clean, neat and tidy. Treat safety as a top priority and meet all pertinent regulation, legal/environmental requirements. Maintain and comply all the IMS, SAPS system requirements in the day-to-day operations. Perform the routine/contingency drills. Comply with any other task entrusted by the management within the operations of the terminal.- Monitor and audit - the work of contractors and third party truck drivers in the terminal, variable parameters at jetty as well as terminal. Report and record unsafe practices and conditions.- Maintain good customer relationship for all operations activities.- Maintain confidentiality in the company business and operational matters.

Repair and maintain machineries and equipment in the processing lines. Perform maintenance activities through the systems (e.g. IMS) and keep records in the system. Check all process machines and keep records in the checklist at each shift; report to the Shift Production Supervisor and the Maintenance Engineer. Consolidate periodical reports on M&R activities. Operate the machines in order to support Production Department and keep records/fill-in data in the logbook. Co-ordinate with Process Mechanic Lead man for the preventive maintenance of all process machines.

Daily record the production data. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Perform regular checks on all the equipment and machinery. Organize necessary maintenance and repair of machinery. Work closely with Machine operators and Production team. Perform delegated tasks by Machine Operators and Deputy Production Manager. Perform related duties as required

Responsible for the maintenance and/or repairs of mechanical and electrical aspects of all equipment and pieces of the plant to keep it in operating conditions. Performs a routine and visual verification in all plant equipment to avoid the decomposition of the machine. Responds immediately to repair calls from production and/or operator supervisors. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs in all the mechanical and electrical components of the equipment. Performs mechanical work and minor manufactures such as machine review, welding, pipeline adjustment, plumbing and other related works. Performs wiring facilities and electrical work as required by the factory. Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP), security procedures and guidelines and rules and regulations. Informs the maintenance supervisor on all issues that affect mechanical and electrical repairs and equipment maintenance. Performs other functions as assigned by higher time.

Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles. Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment. Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service. Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation. Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts. Perform routine maintenance for workshop equipment. Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
