Zoe is an action-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance as a private sector and philanthropic sector management professional and fundraiser. Utilize keen analysis, insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales/fundraising, operational, project management) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. She previously worked at Horizon Research Consultancy Group for over a decade, which is one of China's earliest and most influential think tanks. She honed her leaderships skills at Horizon eventually becoming the youngest Vice President in the organization. After completing a Hubert Humphrey fellowship in the U.S. in 2011, she came back to China and shifted her career from a social researcher to a leadership role in the philanthropy industry. In 2015, she joined One Foundation, the first and largest independent public foundation in China, founded by Jet Li. At One Foundation, Zoe has overall responsibility for fund raising.In 2017, she is selected by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board for a Distinguished Humphrey Leadership Award.
