1. Visited Siemens in Korea for the knowledge transfer and visited their local suppliers. During this time, I transferred the drawings, Boms and other documents from Korea to China successfully. 2. Outsourced the local suppliers for the ultrasound equipments, such as TFA, Monitor, EM, Control panel.3. Worked together with CV to find local suppliers to help Siemens Korea make the CP base for the new product LEGO. The CP base was die casting part, and needed to be painted. For this project, we help Korea save some cost.3. Help Siemens in America to resolve the issues in the existing products, and help them find the local suppliers to save the products cost.4. Responsible for the RoHS2.0 & RoHS 3.0, REACH for the CT products, and help the new project P81A/B pass the D4 in time.5. Sustain the existing products in CT BU, such as PHS1A table, Lighting.6. Develop new components for CT, such as Foot Switch for X-ray, includes writing the requirements specification, test plan.

1. We started up our own company, Power Valley, which was engaged in X-ray generators for medical imaging and industrial applications.2. Finished design of DR generator in four months and delivered them to our customer United Imaging Healthcare, and received very good comments, such as prototype, surface finish, layout.3. 1. Joined Carestream Health to design new product, PDU, and finished all the design in two months, and released drawings to suppliers, and worked together with the suppliers in field. Passed all the tests and releases to production in five months.2. Worked as CPE to resolve all the issues from MFG in time.3. Designed new equipment, LLI, Compression strap, Tables.4. Joined Everest project to design generator. Responsible for the structure of generator, building all the BOMs and release in PLI, and discussing with suppliers about the cost.5. Took charge of the design and maintenance of the UMTS, and contacted American R&D center and British manufacturer to resolve all problems which came from customers in time, such as, used Solidworks to analysis the UMTS door couldn’t be closed smoothly issue, used Pro/e to lay out the right cables routing.2. Discussed with colleagues in USA about all H3G cabinet issues, and resolved these issues by ECNs and submitted PAF, Archive, and checked the parts or assemblies in Pro/INTRALINK system.
