As an assistant manager for an international group like Swire, my job role is mainly about business projects managing and business developing. In the new business department of auto services , I work with high grade senior managers to build up a whole new brand with a platform consisted of versatile services for car owners' daily needs. With the belief in realinzing a true OMO channel system, our team devoted in setting up and manging a nationwide franchise chain for auto services, designing a car washing machine with AI and developing potential business models. In the beginnig, I was responsible for coordinating team work of different departments and analyzing relevant datat for the team. Gradually, I got hands on business planning and started to participated in business managing and contract negotiating with my mentor and other senior managers. Although it's never an easy job and I have to put so much effort in this job role, I truly learned a lot and grew rapidly from working with experienced masters in auto industry.

As a business planner for the agent of GNC in Taiwan, I participated in the setting up phase of the company. My job role was consisted of three main parts which are business planning, business developing and inventory managing. I worked with GNC team in US and organized a business trip for them to coordinate with our sales team and marketing team in Taiwan. Also, I assisted in developing potential door sites and managing inventory. The experiencne of working in such a start-up let me know the process of starting a whole new business and working with team members from different cultural backgrounds.

National Applied Research Labs is an organization affiliated to the government. It's consisted of experimental units in different fields such as, biology, earth science, space science...etc. As a translator for delivering annual report for NAR Labs, my job role was to work with senior scientists closely and conevy their revoltuionary ideas to the public. This job requires quick respnse, precise communication and smooth team work with experts in diverse fields.
