Current- Developed a correction algorithm for laser triangulation inspection technique to address the challenge of wider laser beams compared to bump diameters, currently in the patent filing process, listed as one of two inventors. Also researched additional image processing techniques to correct errors caused by variations in brightness, size, and other factors.- Improved the prediction accuracy of structural parameters for flash memory by 10x using a neural network on measured optical spectrums, leveraging techniques such as CNN and NCS conversion.- Conducted research on denoising algorithms for a 3D optical spectrums datacube containing over 30 million data points, implementing 3D non-local means as the superior method compared to existing algorithms.
