I hold the position of a university professor while also serving as the founder of my own innovative company. My research expertise resides at the intersection of cutting-edge interdisciplinary fields, encompassing computational fluid dynamics, dynamic systems modeling, population balance models, and process control. These areas are particularly focused on their applications within the biotechnology sector (eg., wastewater treatment and biomanufacturing). Our research endeavors are centered on catalyzing a revolution in intelligent biomanufacturing. We achieve this by pioneering advanced mathematical models, automated control protocols, and machine learning algorithms to facilitate the automation, optimization, and intelligent augmentation of treatment and production processes.
