1. - Manage whole of IT infrastructure service delivery in JV Plant including service Delivery performance management, performance improvement of team members, infra project and consolidation, Helpdesk support\Network\Servers\Storage\Backup & Data Center operation, security initiatives, etc.,- Project initiation, including as-is/to-be analysis, benefit estimation, scope definition, technical solution proposing and facilitation, project organizing, and cost estimation.- Propose infra solutions within the project, and alignment with architect team- Define the project plan, manage the project budget and following-up for execution - Monitor the project progress, provide the status update- Manage the changes within the project- Provide support for IT infrastructure landscape design and budget planning.- Implementing project management best practices and management processes within the organization to match the corporate process- As Region PMO members, Provide project management support for Regional.

Responsible for the “Fit For Market” project execution of regional projects varying in size and complexity, across different functional disciplines.The initiatives of Delivery team cover the full spectrum of infrastructure technology work. successfully delivering IT infrastructure projects supporting technology and system refreshes, as well as architecture evolution. In addition, the person will execute projects for IT enabled business projects (network in workshop, upgrades, etc.).
