• IT support team for field offices (over 90 offices) to operate, control, manage, support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and networks. • Supporting Bechtel and company’s different applications and services.• Coordinating and resolving IT issues with different stockholders over area offices, subcontractors, ISPs, and clients. • Creating users’ profile and managing their accounts/permission in Active Directory.• Providing advice and recommendations on the most feasible IT solutions and choices. • Providing technical support reference and training for all employees. • Installing and configuring hardware equipment (routers, switches, printers, network cards etc.) and software programs. • Performing maintenance activities (e.g. backups, restores, updates). • Assisting technical support staff in managing tickets to meet helpdesk service level agreement. • Responding to client requests in timely and accurate manner.• Training junior staff members.

• Support Engeneers with their workstations either desktop or laptop.• Troubleshooting for network, software, application problems and solve them.• Supporting IT Equipment. • Installed and configured software and hardware (Printers, Routers etc.).
