With over 17 years of experience in the telecommunication field, I am a Sr. Supervisor and Team Manager at Orange, where I lead a team of 7 engineers and manage the quality of service and complaint handling Complaints for Both voice and data networks. I am also a network quality assurance expert, with a strong knowledge of various equipment, interfaces, and technologies, such as ALU, Huawei, Nokia, Moto, 2G, 3G, and 4G.As a team manager, I am responsible for the workflow, coaching, and mentoring of my team members, as well as the vendor management and business development. I have successfully handled technical complaints from VIP and NTRA customers, and implemented solutions for network design, optimization, and coverage for individuals and Business solutions. I have also been the project owner for the national roaming project and the social media complaints technical support engineer. I am passionate about delivering the best voice and data services within all cross-functional entities, for our customers, and enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction.
