Manage online SharePoint database to create, store, organize and share information and data. Report directly to the company CEO, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with City of Modesto, businesses, and customers. Type reports, newsletters, and correspondence with speed, and accuracy. Perform heavy scheduling of appointments and maintenance of calendars while coordinating meetings and meeting rooms. Communicate activities, projects, and special events via newsletters, emails, phone calls and social media to the community. Assist with special organizing downtown events while completing various projects on time with enthusiasm. Schedule company-wide meetings, trainings, empowerment and team-building events. Proofread, edited, and revised reports. Perform financial and accounts recordkeeping through use of QuickBooks software. Update and maintain records of expenditures. Process vendor invoices. Manage office inventory and research vendors for services and office purchases. Perform accounts receivable tasks and update vendor payments prior to downtown events.
