My name is Mina Boktor, and I am an ambitious young professional pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity. Through my 7+ years of Scouting experience, I refined my collaborative and independent project management, time management, and leadership abilities, which led to me earning the Scout Rank of Life and serving as an Assistant Cub Master. In addition, I acquired programming experience through the Robotics Club, where I developed a game, and as a programmer and app tester for my school's Samsung Solving for Tomorrow project, where I learned how to develop and test software applications in a group environment. These experiences have provided me with a strong technical foundation, which is required for my career in cyber security. Additionally, my previous work as a Computer and Phone Technician has enhanced my problem analysis and diagnosis skills, as well as my ability to troubleshoot technical issues and restore machines efficiently utilizing refined technical knowledge and diagnostic tools. This experience has taught me the importance of being detail-oriented, systematic, and thorough when dealing with complex technical issues.My technical proficiency, attention to detail, and systematic approach to problem-solving are essential for a career in Cybersecurity.
