General duties involved basic customer service, via phone, e-mail, and in person interactions. I facilitated in creating reservations for vehicles to both individual and commercial clients. I also helped oversee the vehicle inventory, maintenance and repairs. I was also responsible for monthly billing for customers at the close of every billing cycle. Acted as personal leason for several of our VIP contracts. Created and implemented new advertising campaigns. Created and implemented multiple new processes for organization and buisness. Assisted in raising revenue significantly from previous years. Served on the Employee Council for the company. Assisted in the organization of major events.

General managerial duties including processing customer returns and complaints. Overseeing teh checking in of service products through use of People Soft. General maintenance and technical assistance for all computers in the store as well as a connected department. Creating and maintaining new computer databases of information.
