I helped start our family own Bistro French Cafe and Catering in the Tyson's Galleria in Mclean, Virginia in 1988. We had a full service bakery operation and restaurant and catering. The Cafe started a full service breakfast and lunch and dinner program and then later catering. We supplied Catering to Lerner Enterprises and General Growth Properties and Cosmetic lines at Neiman Marcus and Macy's and Sak's Fifth Avenue and Nordstroms.

Catering Banquets and worked as a server. Then Supervised Room Service for the hotel. I started transportation department and helped supervise all Guest Services. Then helped train staff for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
