Project: BANQUE DU CAIRE BUILDING , ADMIN CAPITAL - EgyptJob Description:-Review Mechanical Design drawing against any technical or coordination conflict.-Prepare coordinated shop-drawing to be submitted for consultant approval.-Coordinate with other disciplines along with architecture and structure teams to ensure the proper in-site construction with no delay or rework.-Resolve any site issues due to coordination or material delivery and take the proper action following the change control procedures if needed.-Handling any change due to client contract instructions, ARCH/STR site issues and remodel/Coordinate the changes in iterative and collaborative process, raise field change request if necessary.-Handling the project closing activities for MEP section as O&M manuals, conduct system training, IR’s documentations, closing snag/de-snag lists and issue as-built drawings for each MEP system.

Preparing Design Drawings of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire-Protection systems.Preparing Design Drawings of Water Supply, Drainage, firefighting, and chilled water networks.Preparing shop drawings for all systems including HVAC. Plumbing, Firefighting, and all Networks.Preparing Details Drawings For all above mentioned trades.Preparing Bill of Quantities for all previously mentioned systems.Preparing Mechanical Specifications for the above mentioned trades.Revising Technical Submittals.Attending Technical Meetings with Project Owners And Contractors.Responsible for Coordination Process between all parties (owner, architectural side, Structural side, and Electrical side
