• Managing Giza Branch of 21 Employers consist of(15 Direct distribution rep, 2 ASVs and 4 TMRs) covering 2200 customers with overall budget, Providing the Appropriate on-job coaching, training, motivation and staff development in order that trade marketing and distribution representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services.• Keep Al Team fully informed at all times of objectives, progress and future action plan in order that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented.• Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.

• Identify area priorities, weaknesses and opportunities by collating and analyzing data on market dynamics, trade marketing status, existing and own competitor's materials, & trade promotions.• Manage all the classification of all outlets that either sell tobacco products or attract key target consumers (ASU30) (adult smoker under 30) including the ability to match the image of the outlet and consumer with the brand image.• Managing a team of 8 sales reps consist of(6 Direct distribution rep, one Wholesale rep and one TMR) covering 1000 customer with overall budget, Providing the Appropriate on-job coaching, training, motivation and staff development in order that trade marketing and distribution representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services.• Manage all the chain and outlets in area(Direct Distribution, Key Account, Wholesale).• Keep Representatives fully informed at all times of objectives, progress and future action plan in order that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented.• Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.• Provide trade marketing and distribution with information and reports on performance and accounts to ensure that the Regional Manager, the key account handlers and the Brand Marketing team are fully informed at all times.

•Manage the South Cairo governorates (Manial, Maadi, Helwan).•Advise, arrange, and supervise brand ambassadors in their routes to insure that all brand ambassadors are in their positions and are communicating the right message.•Gather/provide innovative ideas on how to develop retail touch points in a monthly meeting with the consumer communication manager.•Negotiate and advise on retail touch points(i.e. hot spot positioning, visibility, Display type, investment) based on communication strategy following guidelines set by the consumer communication executive.

•Manage the following governorates (El-Menoufia, El-Qaliobeya).•Advise, arrange, and supervise brand ambassadors in their routes to insure that all brand ambassadors are in their positions and are communicating the right message.•Gather/provide innovative ideas on how to develop retail touch points in a monthly meeting with the consumer communication manager.•Negotiate and advise on retail touch points(i.e. hot spot positioning, visibility, Display type, investment) based on communication strategy following guidelines set by the consumer communication executive.

•Manage (EL-Behara governorate).•Achieving the expansion target for no. of outlets.•Securing beneficial working relationship with the retailers by providing assistance and support through prompt handling & solving for retailers problems and requests.•Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximize the efficiency for their deployment.
