Responsibilities:- Installation , termination and processsing of Main distribution panels ( ABB , ZAKI El SWEEDYand Schneider ) .- Instaltion , termination and processsing of 25 variable speed drive (VSD ABB ) . - Installation , termination and processsing of LV panels such as ( lighting and power panels and HVAC panels ).- Installation , termination and processsing of PLC panel ( scada system) .- Installation , termination and processsing of control panels such as (priming system panel ,valve actuator panel, water hummer panel and submirsable pump panel).- Installation and termination of LCPs for manually control pump's motor.-pulling and termination main feeding cables from step down transformers to MDBs . -lV cables pulling and termination as S.L.D and shop DWG and megar test at 1000 v. -control cables pulling and termination as p&id . -lV wires pulling and termination as per panel schedule and megar at 500 v .-Installation and fabrication of cable able trays for power cables and trunk for low current cables.-Installation of lighting and power systems (Normal and Emergency) with wiring devicesempeded and exposed from 1st fix to 3rd fix .- Installation of fire system including devices ( empeded and exposed race ways) 1st fix , 2nd fix.3rd fix . - Installation of earthing system primary and secondary for LV network and low current networkand test both of them with earthing tester.-Quantaty surveying of materials in autocad DWG and S L.D such as ( lighting fixture, powersockets, data devices , fire devices , LV panels) -Manage , surveying and supplying of wires , low voltage cables and raceways including PVCpipes , EMT pipes and cable trays) -modfication in panel schedule and shop DWG as per site condition and make final AS_built .
