-Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services-Plan, implement and monitor changes in infrastructure configurations-Perform system monitoring for security purposes-Monitor performance of information technology systems to ensure high productivity levels and efficiency and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure, when and if necessary-Work with team to enhance current technologies to improve company services-Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs-Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software-Planning and lead the subsidiaries companies to install, design and manage new IT infrastructure projects-Manage the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness-Generating performance reports for operating systems

• Responsible for all PHD hardware items in term of support, maintenance, book-keeping, warehouse. The hardware items include: o Laptops o Personal Computerso Serverso Printerso Network Devices o IT Accessories • Handle wide range of IT supplies • Interact with IT staff (at all levels) in a fast paced & remain flexible, proactive and efficient • Organize all hardware support services with all PHD staff & IT department • Carrying out background research and presenting findings into subjects related to hardware • Liaising with IT Staff, suppliers and other staff • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information • Locate vendors, IT equipment & IT supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.• Prepare requisitions for purchase orders of IT supplies and IT equipment.• Review hardware purchase order and contracts for conformance to company policy.• Maintain records of IT hardware equipments ordered and received.• Locate IT supplies vendors in order to determine equipment availability & quality.• Review & evaluate specifications for issuing and awarding IT spare parts. • Supervise the IT hardware warehouse & stock control• Monitors the distribution of client/server/network hardware• Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible to perform the proper study & surveys for the customer's site to design the needed networks for the systems to be installed. Also responsible for the Installation, operation, and commissioning of the Networks and related systems, at the customer site. Also responsible to give the technical support and trouble shooting for HW and SW problems during commissioning

• Monitoring and supporting users daily in any technical problems either by remoting system or on site support.• Install The New PC’s, Printers, Scanners and Accessories Tools.• Test the Software Installation and general Hardware support & Troubleshooting. • Responsible for technical and network issues for two branches• Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software programs.• Support in coordinating with ISPs for connectivity failures. • Cabling process and Network designing• Installs, assembles and configures computers, routers, network infrastructure.
