Searching for suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.Works closely with the planning department to help to achieve the preset production plan.Co-ordinates with R&D & Marketing for advising a creative packaging solution for all the products of the company.Follow up opened orders report reflecting the status of purchase orders of opened or closed ones.Analyzes & reviews price proposals, price comparisons, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.Negotiating with suppliers to get the best purchasing conditions and best prices with the best quality.Preparing price studies with purchasing proposal. Evaluating suppliers periodically according to the standard performance limits (Time, Cost & Quality).Following up the payment cycle with the financial department to issue the checks of suppliers.Preparing a database about suppliers in all areas with continuous updates.Administering contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Checking the market prices regularly to evaluate open contracts and commitments.Lead packaging purchasers team members and follow their work results on daily basis and leading them towards achieving our company objectives.Prepare required reports that will be presented to top management.Responsible for any update and change in the SOP of the Supply Chain.

1- Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis. 2- Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support and purchasing. 3- Return a product to vendors and handle problems with them in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period. 4- Help customer service in solving the customers problems and purchase IT spare parts from vendors. 5- Try to maximize the profit of company by purchase the IT spare parts with a suitable cost so can put a good margin for the fixed item.

- Reply to customers inquires. - inform customers about the new offers. - solve the problems of customers which faced them in their mobile lines (postpaid and prepaid). - Suggesting information about Mobinil products and services.
