My Current Position is a Night / Duty Manager I represent the Management during the night, assists the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.I'm providing leadership and support to all members of the Front Office and enforces the Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised.Along with my bachelor in Tourism and Hotels and more than six years of hands-on experience in hospitality and Customer Service sector, my services-oriented demeanor makes it easy for me to look after guests in the manner expected from this position. I always maintain a friendly and professional relationship with patrons and guests. A self-motivated and highly ambitious individual who has proven ability to learn many tasks in the same time and adapt in a variety of industries and international environments.
